ROOTS Southern BBQ is delicious, South Carolina style country cooking. The meat is cooked slowly on a pit - just the way we grew up doing it. Every side item we make is nothing but fresh ingredients and goes back to a relative's favorite recipe/dish. We make three tasty and homemade BBQ sauces as well- yellow mustard, carolina vinegar and sweet & tangy.
For us, cooking is about family- BBQ is about spending time and creating memories with family.
