Full estate plans as well as individual documents such as revocable living trusts, wills, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living will (advanced heath care directive), certification of trust, deeds (grant or quitclaim deed), and amendments to trusts.

Loan signings and closings, as well as notarizing refinancing documents such as loan modification and reverse mortgages - application and loan.

Apostille Agent services - documents for personal, educational, business, and other international uses in foreign countries.

All other general notary services, such as legal documents, affidavits, deeds, acknowledgements, etc.

Founder Caryl Choon provides mobile services to your home, office and place of business. She also travels to medical and assisted living facilities, as well as nursing homes. Notary Trust Services has also published at Notary Guide to help residents and families with the notarization process.

Notary Trust Services can provide witnesses upon request.
